The assessment works without an account, name, email address, advertising identifier, or employee record.
What stays on this device
Your in-progress answers and completed local report are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to our server merely because you take the assessment. Clearing site data or choosing “clear and retake” removes that local copy.
What is sent only after you ask
If you choose the integrated reading, the site sends the 100 numeric positions, dimension summaries, and interaction labels to a protected server endpoint. It does not send a name, email, employer, written journal entry, or IP address to OpenAI. The OpenAI request sets storage off.
What this cannot support
This original self-report is not a validated clinical, diagnostic, hiring, promotion, or performance-management instrument. Results are hypotheses for low-stakes reflection and conversation. Do not use them to make consequential decisions about another person.
